HydraLock seals are custom-made for each project. Seals provide a low-cost option for the repair of leaking joints, with projects normally completed in days, not weeks! Superior quality and intricate design assure a tight, leak-free seal. By eliminating the need for excavation, savings can be more than 50%. These seals are positioned on packers that deliver the seal to the repair location and then are expanded, locking the seal into place. Please be aware that HydraTech does not provide the packers used for installation.

HydraLock® is a mechanical, trenchless internal pipe joint seal designed for small-diameter wastewater, stormwater, and industrial piping applications. Its low-profile design minimizes flow restriction while providing a flexible, maintenance-free seal that can accommodate joint movement and changing pipe conditions. Made with non-corrosive components, HydraLock® offers a durable repair option for a wide range of pipe materials and operating environments. The system can be installed rapidly using mechanical packers or inflatable pipe plugs, allowing damaged joints to be sealed and returned to service quickly, which makes it especially valuable for urgent or emergency repairs. Its adaptable design supports multiple remediation applications, and full contract installation and support services are available when required.
