The HydraTite box seal’s entire installation process is described step by step in this explanation. The process is similar to the installation of the circular seal but does have some key differences. Step one, prepare the interior surface of the culvert near the joint. Next, mark where the seal and anchors will go. Then drill the holes for the anchors and attach the anchor plates. Insert the retaining bands and expand them. Finally, tighten the anchor plates and cut down the excess anchor. And just like that infiltration is eliminated at the joint.
