See how HydraTech repaired this culvert faster than scheduled. HydraTite is a trenchless solution that required no traffic control for installation and could be installed despite the culvert still having water in it. The cold temperature may have stopped the water flow, but it could not stop HydraTech from installing 31 seals in two days.
