HydraLock offers trenchless rehabilitation for pipes that are too small for man-entry. This internal seal is installed with a mechanical packer. This repair method can extend the service life of your pipes that don’t need to be replaced.

HydraLock is a custom-made, small-diameter pipe joint seal designed to repair leaking pipe joints from inside the pipeline without excavation, helping reduce repair costs by more than 50% compared to many dig-and-replace methods. Each seal is delivered to the repair location on an installation packer, expanded into position, and locked in place to create a tight, leak-free joint repair that can often be completed in days instead of weeks; please note that HydraTech does not provide the installation packers.
