HydraLock is designed to stop infiltration in pipes that are too small for man-entree or installing the HydraTite Seal. This video explains every step of installation after HydraLock is shipped to you. The process is simple and straightforward. Using a packer, the HydraLock seal could be put in place and eliminate infiltration at the joint or point of repair.
HydraLock is a custom-made, small-diameter pipe joint seal designed to repair leaking pipe joints from inside the pipeline without excavation, helping reduce repair costs by more than 50% compared to many dig-and-replace methods. Each seal is delivered to the repair location on an installation packer, expanded into position, and locked in place to create a tight, leak-free joint repair that can often be completed in days instead of weeks; please note that HydraTech does not provide the installation packers.
