Sealing Existing PVC To New FRP Base Liner

A manhole rehabilitation project included the installation of a fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) liner at the base of the manhole. HydraLock was utilized to ensure a watertight seal where this liner met with existing polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC). A packer was placed in the system and used to position and expand the seal. The process was time efficient and did not require digging down to the pipe.
